How many tickets can I purchase?
One ticket per Consultant.
Can non-consultants purchase tickets?
No, this event is limited in tickets available. You must be a registered consultant to purchase.
Can I bring my spouse or child/children?
Your spouse is welcome if they are a registered consultant in good standing and have bought a separate ticket. Children are not allowed at the retreat.
Can I receive a refund for my ticket?
All deposits and purchases for the retreat are non-refundable as plans are based on ticket sales.
Are tickets and “One of Everything” boxes transferable?
Yes, tickets, deposits, and purchases are fully transferable. You must find a buyer for your ticket, deposit, or purchase and send us the information no later than August 15th, 2021.
When will I receive my swag bag, sample scents, and T-shirt?
Your swag bag, samples of the Jekyll Island and Holiday scents, and your T-shirt will be given to you at the retreat.
What is the “One of Everything” box?
The retreat will feature an exclusive scent, only available at the retreat. This is the Jekyll Island scent and we will have all the favorites in this scent, plus some new items not yet revealed. The “One of Everything” box ensures that you get at least one of everything in that scent since stock will be limited at the retreat and will sell out.
When do I receive my Jekyll Island scent “One of Everything” box?
It will be available for pickup at the retreat after the registration and opening meeting.
Is anyone under the age of 18 allowed to attend?
No, the age requirement for the retreat is 18+. Since you cannot become a consultant under the age of 18 there should be no consultants affected by this.
Is alcohol included in the ticket price?
There is one champagne toast and dessert party on the first night of the retreat. This toast and dessert are complimentary, and non-alcoholic beverages will be available. A cash bar will be provided for those who wish to continue the festivities that evening, and at other events.
When should I check in?
Check-in at the hotel begins at 3pm, but you can arrive early and check-in before your room is ready, then bring your bags to the registration to be stored while waiting for your room to be available. It is suggested that you plan on being at the hotel no later than noon on Day 1 so you can find your way to the hotel desk and the retreat registration.
Where is the retreat being held?
Cove Creek is proud to present the ELITE Island Retreat at the historic Jekyll Island Club Resort. This resort was built in 1886 and has an extremely rich and colorful background. The resort is fully self-contained and all planned events will take place on the property.
Are there blocked rooms at a discount rate available for ticket holders?
Yes, the block of rooms will be available to reserve starting May 15th. The room rates are $149 a night, plus tax and a $25 resort fee which covers full use of the grounds, pool, croquet, chairs, and an umbrella on the beach, free shuttle to and from the beach village, and access to the private beach.
What food options are available?
We will be providing a multi-course luncheon and dinner as part of the retreat. There are both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options for these meals. For the rest of the retreat you can find food options in one of the 6 dining locations on the resort, as well as a pizza delivery service that is on the island, and several restaurants, plus a market, that is at the beach village.
What is the expected attire, and is there a dress code?
Tasteful summertime resort or business casual is expected for all events during the retreat. This is a professional event; inappropriate attire will not be permitted. The gala dinner and party on the last night will be a semi-formal affair.
What will I learn at the event?
We have worked hard to put together an education plan that is focused on building your business bigger and more profitable. Our goal is for you to leave the retreat with not only new connections and a closer friendship with everyone in the brand, but a better understanding of how to conduct business in today’s marketplace, how to handle COVID and rejections that might be holding you back, and how to increase your monthly income in a sustainable way. Course materials will be provided for you, and the sessions will be taught by people in the brand and corporate that are excelling in each subject.
What else is planned?
Outside of the educational workshops we have planned several team building events with fun and camaraderie in mind. Scavenger hunts, a trivia party, tours of the Georgia Sea Turtle Center, beach excursions, and trolley rides just to name a few. Teams will have time to host their own small group sessions and fun as well. A full listing of all events and meals can be found on the schedule page of this site.
Are there Leader-specific events?
Yes, there are events and workshops specifically for Directors and above. This rank must be achieved and maintained in June and July to attend.
What is the Gala Dinner and Party?
On the last night of the retreat we will hold a semi-formal gala event where we will have a red carpet for picture opportunities, stage walking for recognition and awards, a multi-course plated dinner, exciting news and announcements for Year 2, and a party where we spend the last hours with everyone together.
